  1. How will I get there?
  2. Do I know my best self?

  • Where are you right this minute? Sometimes our present internal dialogue and external environment creates obstacles which appear overwhelming and insurmountable.
  • When considering the principles and characteristics that differentiate you from the rest of the crowd, what happens when you take an internal assessment of your values, then rate and apply your ability to influence the changes needed to complete your goal.
  • Understand your significant characteristics and develop what you want to keep, purge the secondary elements that have less merit, to influence relevance and make clear decision. Achieve the impact required to develop the steps you’ll take to move forward in your journey.

Sharon Obazee was born in San Francisco and adopted at 9 months of age. She grew up in a small suburb of the Bay Area and helped her parents provide foster care for over 200 children. As an adoptee she has a heart for the motherless and wants to support them through childhood to maturity.  She also wants to help other adoptee understand their potential. Her heart is for “family first” and when that is not an option helping adoptive parents create a healthy environment throughout the adoption process, is critical.   She has become an Adoption Community Coach to support these efforts. She is a PACER Board Member and her relationship with Christ has protected her throughout her life as an adoptee and now that she is in “reunion” with her biological family.  She also volunteers with Options for Women and Royal Family Kids in her community.
